We added in-cell dropdown and validation to spreadsheets. This makes it easy to constrain the values of an individual cell to a specific range or list. Please note that as per emailing policy we have certain restriction on sending limits. We would restrict users from sending mails if the user sends same mail to more than 100 recipients per day through outlook express or any other email client through POP or IMAP services.

Document translation
You can now translate your documents in the new editor into one of the 53 Google Docs languages by selecting Tools -> Translate document…. From there, you can create a translated copy of the document by choosing a title for the translated document and selecting the language you want to translate into.
